I was walking behind my son as he passed through this “glass tunnel” at the Cleveland Museum of Art. It immediately struck me that this had some photographic potential; so I took 3-4 shots as he walked. This was one of the better compositions, I think..

Hey everyone…
I’m now selling a variety of my photos as small prints (8x10s, 5x7s, 4x6s) at eBay. They’re all signed and numbered. If there are any specific photos I’ve posted at this website that you’d like to see at eBay, please let me know.
I plan to start offering theme-based “signature series” photo print packets (collections of 4-6 small prints) in the near future.
If you have an eBay account, follow me (make me a favorite seller) to be notified of new photo prints & print series as I make them available.

I’m interested in photography as an art form. Lots of people interested in physical fitness use fitness selfies (often taken in bathrooms and locker rooms due to the presence of mirrors) to keep track of their fitness progress and/or to present their bodies in a good light, for example, as a means for motivating themselves to keep exercising.
Though most selfies aren’t typically artistic, there’s no reason they can’t be.
Here are two bathroom “fitness” selfies–taken with a relatively low quality phone camera that produces images reminiscent of Polaroid photographs–I present to you as possibly encroaching upon the genre of dramatic/moody artistic photography…

Tags
Only seek validation of your personal artistic endeavors if it’s okay for you to get little or none. Otherwise, don’t seek it.
If validation comes along anyway, let it come. But don’t get drunk on its offerings. It may turn around and leave.
If validation never comes (during your lifetime), your artistic endeavors are none the worse. They were there for you and you gained energy from their presence. That is enough.
